ROTALOK SPECIFICATIONS

  • Unique Hardened Steel Rotating Outer Sleeve prevents any effective grip or purchase on the padlock with spanners or pipe wrenches.
  • Hardened Body resists drilling and sawing.
  • 12mm Super Hard Shackle is specially treated to maintain toughness and ductility for given hardness.
  • The Conical Top deflects hammer blows and reduces space under the shackle.
  • Included in the Hardened Base Plate is a Double Segment Anti-Drill Cut-out to protect the Euro-Profile Cylinder from drilling and pulling.
  • For Key System Flexibility, Rotalok is designed to accept Euro-Profile Cylinders which can be selected to meet customer requirements.

    This enables existing master keyed locking systems to be kept and/or extended, with minimum expense.
